5L PP bottles energy-saving automatic plastic blow molding machine


Introduction


This machine belongs to the continuous extrusion blow molding equipment, plastic raw materials through the extruder plasticizing and mixing, forming organization, colour, temperature uniformity of the melt, through the joint, the port into the loading cylinder, by charging - to the next blow mouth, the loading cylinder device, clamping closing, blowing tube billet with the mould cavity, cooling stereotypes make products appearance repetition mold cavity, and then open the mould products molding, the same process.

The machine is suitable for working under the following environmental conditions:

1. The altitude is not higher than 2000 meters

2. Working environment air temperature: +5℃-+40℃;

3. The relative humidity of working environment should not be more than 85 percent;

4. Working environment atmospheric pressure 0.85-1.1 standard atmosphere;

5, the workplace without strong electric field, strong magnetic field, strong electromagnetic radiation, strong ultraviolet radiation, strong vibration wave;

6. Air flow speed in the workplace shall not be greater than level 3;

7. Power supply: 38V(AC),50Hz;

8. The air source is dry and clean, with a pressure of 0.8-1.0mpa and stable pressure;

9. There is no dirt in the cooling water, the water temperature is 10℃--30℃, the water pressure is 0.1-0.4 MPa, and the pressure is stable;

10. Tilt Angle of the machine shall not be greater than 3°;

11. Bearing capacity of installed foundation shall not be less than 2MPa.
