Introduction
This series machine is mainly used to produce different kinds of engine oil pot, laundry detergent pot, cleanser essence pot, etc. and it can be converted to one die head or two heads as required.
1. The servo valve and controller are from MOOG(USA),and both devices are able to ensure the evenness of wall thickness and the products’ elegant appearance.
2. The low-voltage electrical apparatus comes from Siemens(Germany), and Schneider(France).
3. The machine adopts toggle articulated clamp system to ensure bigger clamp force and more beautiful goods.
4. The servo drivers and energy accumulator are used to be more economical.
Feature
Die head : Special steel and centre feed extrusion die head;
Extruder unit : adopt automatic temperature control unit of import,the screw united by frequency motor,hard tooth surface gear box to achieve stepless speed regulation;
Clampling device : Across the basement type double linear guide and move mould strengthen rigidity. Template is three bar with center clamping system
Hydraulic system : whole system adopt imported components, proportional control flow, Fast response, more stable, power consumption without loss;
Electric controlling system : it adopts Japan programmable controller, touch screen,the characteristic of it has direct manipulation and large information on board.
