U series Double Station High Speed 1 Layer 2 Die Head Blow Molding Machine for Plastic Auto Parts

1: this machine is suitable for the production of 5L plastic hollow products, the use of curved elbow lock system, low energy consumption, the center of the lock, the lock force, speed faster, run more smoothly.With full hydraulic double proportional hydraulic control, equipped with imported famous brand hydraulic valve and oil pump, stable, reliable.

2: After the temperature of the barrel die reaches the set temperature and is kept for about half an hour, add appropriate amount of raw materials to the hopper, start the extrusion motor, and observe that the current value of the twisted material should not exceed the rated value, and the speed of the twisted material is about 10~20HZ. After sequentially flowing out of the die mouth, the raw materials used in the product are added, and the discharge is smooth, and can be adjusted to the required rotation speed after being stabilized.

Adjust the die gap to make the discharge vertical.

Close the safety door and press the auto start button to enter the fully automatic production.
