SLBC series: (German model)

1:Fully Automatic Blow Moulding Machine, large opening stroke, central locking, locking force equilibrium, no deformation. All parts of the machine is made by advanced numerical control equipment with high precision.

2:Fully Automatic Blow Moulding Machine, The electronic control system consists of operation panel, touch display screen, temperature control module, PLC programmable controller, analog quantity, proportional board, contactor, regulated power supply, automatic air switch, intermediate relay, twisted material inverter, proximity switch, stroke Switch, cutter transformer, twisting motor, oil pump motor and so on.

In the adjustment and debugging, the gap between the blow head slit and the die cut is adjusted by the adjusting nut on the blow pin cylinder; the front and rear concentricity between the blow head cut and the die cut is through the needle holder and the blow Three M12 screws on the fixing plate of the device are used to adjust the large offset amount. The left and right concentricity between the blow head slit and the die slit is adjusted by the M12 screw on the needle holder and the fixed plate to adjust the large offset amount. The amount is adjusted by three M6 screws on the mounting plate. The guide column and the air blowing rod on the air blowing device must be refueled from time to time to make it work normally.

The blowing head in the device must be matched to the product produced and the mold from which the product is produced. Different item need to be made with different blowing heads that match the product.
