Brief Introduction of pvc profile making machine:

1.Wood-Plastic Co-extrusion(foamed) Profile Production Line

There is no need for unit granulation; the material mixed with wood flour can be directly extruded wood-plastic profile.

2.Working Flow

SJZ Series Conical Twin Screw Extruder→ Die mould → Vacuum Calibration Table → QYQ series Haul-offs and Cutting Machine Unite →DF series Stacker → Control cabinet
(Note: Other Auxiliary Machine, such as crusher, mixer, will be provided according to client's requirements)

1. High efficiency conical twin-screw extruder, suitable for processing PVC powder raw materials.
Changing moulds to produce many kinds of different PVC profiles.

2.PVC window and door profile extrusion line also can for making wpc PROFILE
Equipped with specially dsigned screw, barrel, die-head and auxiliary machines, using advanced processing technique.
The profile is a new environmental friendly product, material mixed plastic, wood and appropriate aditives.

3.It is widely used for product carrier, packaging box, frame of window & door, decorating board and other outdoor products
