1.Process flow:

PVC material + wood flour + necessary ingredient > WPC mixing equipments--> WPC board Extrusion Line-->WPC board profile-hot transfer printing--> final door board

2.wpc foam board making machine with high capacity, high speed, conical twin screw extruder.
