SJZ Conical Twin Screw Extrusion Machine / Pvc Pipe Extrusion Line

Quick detail:

1. SJZ series conical double screw extruder especially used for extrusion PVC powder, it has advantages as good mixing, large output, working steady , long service life time etc. equipped with series mold and auxiliary machine, it can produce various PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, plates, bars and it also can be used for pelletizing.

2. Equipped with appropriate screw and auxiliary machines, can exturder thermoplastic especially RPVC in to pipe, panel, sheet, film, special profile directly. Complete the procedure of changing plastic quality and powder granulation as well.

Description:

1. SJSZ series of conical twin-screw extruder is used for extrude PVC powder to become plastic pipe, profile, plate and etc when change different mould, screw and auxiliary equipments.
2. It includes screw, barrel, gear transmission system, heating, cooling and electric control and etc.

3. The screw has applied oil cooling system. Bareel is cooled by special wind cooling system.
4. Vacuum exhausting and material feeding device is fixed with machine.
