1. Process flow

Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

2. The production line is mainly used to produce small diameter single wall PVC,PP and PE corrugation pipe.The corrugated pipe could be used as wire and cable passing pipe ,washing machine drain pipe, dust collector pipe; Small size corrugation pipe of 4.5-50mm are used in car.
