Description:

1. High efficiency conical twin-screw extruder, suitable for processing PVC powder raw materials. Changing moulds to produce many kinds of different PVC profiles. Auxiliary machine: Mixer unit, Mould, Vacuum calibration table, Haul-off machine, Cutter and Stacker.

2. PVC Window and Door profile extrusion machine has the features of high automation degree, stable work performance, high capacity and high efficiency. Needless granulating of materials, mixed with wood powder, the material can be directly used to extrude wood-plastic profiles.
Applicable for producing salver, packaging box board and decorative sheets, etc.

3. This machine With PLC Control system in the production line, reliable and stable performance.The down stream equipment includes vacuum calibration and cooling unit, haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacker. The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
