1.The Composite Plastic Profile Extrusion Line have two extruders co-extrusion type and three extruders co-extrusion type. Our extruders adopt specially designed screw. We did lots of study from process to formula. The performance of our manchinery and equipment reached the international advanced level.

2. This composite Profile Extrusion machine / Extruder consists of : Extruders---Automatic feeder machine---Mould---Calibration table---Hauling off machine---Cutting machine---Stacker

3. Production process:

4. The wood plastic panel out from our line has features of green environment protection, damp proof, antisepticise and not distortion, thus suitable for processing method of wood and can be recycled to reuse.
