Description:

Agglomerator(optional)→Conveyor/screw loader→Force feeder device→Pre-plastic extruder(with hydraulic screen changer)→Die(mould)→Water tank--strand(noodle) cutting→air blowing storage silo.

This line is a one/two stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. It is composed of conveyor, aggolomarator, first extruder; vacuum exhaust system; screen changer; second extruder, screen changer,water ring cutting device, dewater machine, blower and silo.

1 . Gear box: high-torque design; low- noise; smooth running.

2 . Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect in order to reduce the problem of black point and chromatism.

3 . Equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers according to material’s special character, it can get a better capacity and save more power.
4 . Vacuum or common gas exhaust system, which help getting rid of damp, waste gas, impurity, can ensure a more stable extrusion and more solid pellets.
