1. Our production lines have two extruders co-extrusion type and three extruders co-extrusion type. Our extruders adopt specially desingned screw. We did lots of study from process to formula . The performance of our machinery and equipment reached the international advanced level.

2. The plate produced by our production line have no cracking and non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be used for more than 30 times, and maximum can be used for 50 times.

1. Qingdao Aorui Plastic Machinery is specialized in doing PVC WPC crust foam board extrusion line. PVC crust foam board extrusion line adopts Celuka foaming technology. Compared with PVC free foaming board, PVC skinning foaming board not only has much more smooth surface, but also the hardness is better.

2. In addition, mechanical performance of skinning foaming board is better than that of free foaming board, PVC skinning foaming board extrusion line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration unit, haul-off unit, cooling bracket, cutter and stacker. Our company can provide the formula and all the processing techniques.

3. WPC building template can be worked with the tools for wood material. It's easy for sawing, drilling, nailing, bonding and planning. Meanwhile, WPC building template combines the wood texture of wood and the anticorrosion and waterproof features of plastic. It is a kind of durable outdoor waterproof and anticorrosion building material with excellent performance.
