1. The machine is mainly used in extruding soft and hard thermoplastics, such as polyviyl chloride(PVC),polyethylene and others. It is used with relevant auxiliary machine (including shaping machine head)to produce several kinds of plastic products, for example: film, pipe, rod, plate, thread, cable insulating layer, hollow product. It is also used of prilling.

2. SJ series single screw extruder is composed of screw and barrel, a power transmission system, heating, cooling and electrical control. Mainly used in PE, PP, ABS, PS, PET pipe, plate, sheet, film, profile, Granulation plastic products such as the mixing and extrusion molding.

Description:

1. Single screw or twin screw technique for option depending on the requirement. 100% recycled flakes can be used for production. Even plasticization and stable extrusion with PC automatic control for the full line. the dosing pump ensures continuous and stable production. the filter of double coulmns with four working positions can get rid of impurity effectively. Single strap or double strap for option.

2. PET packing strap is widely used, replaced for steel strap for packing application internationally, because of its good tensile strength, flexible, low prolongation rate, good performance of high temperature resistant, non-rustiness, and low use-cost, etc, it is used in steel, construction material, chemical fiber, paper making, tobacco, agriculture, election, etc.
