Raw material+Wood powder+Additive → Mixing → Granules → Conical twin screw extruder → Profile extrusion mould → Cooling molding die → Vacuum calibrating table → Cutter → Tilting stacker→ Finshed products inspecting and packing

2.1. WPC profile extrusion line uses efficient extrusion equipment which is of stable extruding and energy saving.
2.2. The screw barrel of extruder has unique internal structure with 38CrMoAlA alloy steel surface coating.
2.3. The cooling method of screw core adopts oil thermostatic system with automatic temperature control,so that the material can achieve the best plasticized state.
