1. Description of PVC pipe extrusion line:
LPCG-63 PVC double pipe extrusion line is used to produce electrical conduit pipes, cable-laying pipes etc. It is made up of SJ-51/105,SJ-65/132 conical twin screw extruder, double extrusion die head, and other downstream components. Designed to produce 2 small diameter PVC pipes at one time.

Description:

1. The 2L-16L double station blow moulding machine is different from the single station machine in that it has one additional station with high-precision linear guide, covering four major series of ZQD-2L,ZQD-5L,ZQD-10L and ZQD-16L. The same as the single station machines, it can be used to produce a wide variety of materials, such as PE, PP, and PA. The largest capacity of the product can be 16L, and its production capacity is 60 to 70% more than the single station machine. In accordance with different type of products, die heads can be changed to achieve multi-type production.

2. The extruder and haul-off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul-off motors adopt high-quality brand. The haul-off methods are two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw etc.

3.You may choose saw cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionally attached with the length counter and intensifying device. The equipment is with the reliable performance and high production efficiency.
