2. The WPC products can be produced by two step extrusion machine, or pelletizing first then through extrison machine, it will save power and place,it has some feature: high output,stable extrusion pressure,high plastication, and good mixing.

1. WPC Foam Board Production Line has such characteristics as high impact resistance , high rot resistance , high temperature resistance , non-toxic , smooth surface , light , easy to thermoform . etc.

2. Applications: Such as wire plate, environment protection material , venting equipment , semiconductor equipment , etc. Production scope: thickness: 1-30mm, width: 3000mm.

3. This production line adopt the special-designed conical twin screw extruder.The production line mainly consist of host extruder,die mould,Vacuum forming platform,water tank ,haul-off machine,stacker and so on. The host extruder adopt computerized PLC control panel,Japanese RKC temperature controller,ABB speed governor,SIMENS contactor and so on.
