Description:

1. This pipe extrusion line suits to produce the polyolefin pipe as HDPE, PP,PE etc in high production speed. It is of low power consumption, high output, high automation and reliable production.

2. The Extrusion line can porduce PE PP PVC type of corrugated pipe with different extruder, the forming machine with mould block which can reduce the cost and time for changing mould block the max. forming speed is 25M/min, Product rage:16-63mm.

3. This production line is mainly used for the PE single wall corrugation producing.
This production line also can produce the PVC electrical wires protection pipes.
