1. The plates produced by our production line have no cracking and non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be used for more than 30 times, and maximum can be used for 50 times.

2. High efficiency conical twin screw extruder. It can produce rigid pvc wpc crust/skinning foam board machine. The thickness is from 3mm to 45mm, width is from 1220mm to 2050mm. This sheet is mostly used in transportation , advertisement,construction furniture industry ect.

1. The WPC Plate has the same characteritics as wood boards: which can nailed , can be sawed , can be drilled, can be planed, can be sculptured. With the exclusive formula developed by our company , there is no need to granulate the material , which is cost savings and labor saving.

2. pvc foamed board machine/extrusion line is constituted by conical twin screw extruder,and corresponding PVC Crust Foam mould,calibration mould,cold tray device,haul off parts,cutting edge device stacker and so on.Copact structure,superior performance.The gear device,screw barrel and foaming T-die all was co-researched together by Chinese well-known manufacture,Extruder adopts frequency control,screw and barrel is specially designed super cone structure,compared with conventional extrusion increased by 30%,saving 20-30%,with plastic uniform,stable extrusion,high output,longevity long and so on.
