Description:

This unit is special used for waste film recycling&granulating/pelletizing to make pellets.With CE certifications, we have exported to all over world, such as Poland, Brazil, Holand,Thailand,South Africa,Japan and etc. With the better after sale service, we are always give our customer the best production line.

With different designs of screw,this machine can be applied to granulate the recycled material of HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,PP,PS,PET.PC and other material.It can be stopless in the course of production.It uses pneumatic conversion and strong wind blowing,with water cooling,dewatering machine.At the same time can adjust stainless steel storage container and can run at high speed for along time while extrude stably.It's capacity can reach 50kg/h-500kg/h

Applications:

1. PE film compactor:crushing and compress film,and feed compressed film into extruder forcedly,to make the the production capacity high and stable.

2. Extruding system:plasticizing material and exhausting gas.

3. High speed Net exchanging system and Die-head:filter material impurity,to make production more stable.
