Description:

Water ring plastic pelletizing machine is a professional line for recycling waste PE/PP, and turn them into small granules. This line is widely used in most plastic factories for its cheap price and high efficiency. For years research and practice, our factory has improved its function to make the whole line more efficient and the control more accurate

Process flow:

Conveying feeding → Metal detector →Film agglomerating → Degassing single screw extruder → Hydraulic screen exchanger → Rub surface granulating machine → Slip trough → Dewatering machine → Librating screener→ Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing

Applications:

1. High-efficient force-feeder ensures high capacity feeding, low energy consumption;
2. Single screw extruder, equipped with specially designed screw & barrel, venting system, has a very good output capacity;
3. Pelletizing style: Strand cutting under water with extrusion mould, ensures good shape;
4. Auxiliary machine: Pellets dryer & vibration sieve.
