Description:

This unit is more applicable for granulating the different kinds of waste plastic than the single-step machine. The finished granules have the higher smooth finish with the material of wet waste plastic. The granules have the lower ratio of the holes inside and the higher output after two-step exhausting than the same type machine.

The main engine equipped with the hydraulic screen changer can continue producing and save the manpower without shutting down the machine, breaking plastic strips and remaining leftover material.

The main engine is adopted the fine machining 38GrMoAl special steel which has over five times longer working life than the common 45# carbon structure steel screw.

The auxiliary engine is used 40GR to reduce the manufacturing cost of 38GrMoAl.

The machine can be equipped with our own automatic loading machine with automatic conveying, loading, plasticizing, exhausting and extruding into one.

The machine can be configured hot cutting and aggregate device to made the operation easier and more convenient.
