Description of plastic pellerizing machine:

1.PE Plastic Pellet Making Machine is a special machine that main use for making PE plastic granules.PE plastic granulator adopt adcance technology, it can cut large PE plastic into pellet.It is a good choice to make pe pellet.

2.PE granulator mainly includes the pre-treatment part, the main part, the post-processing section.The pre-treatment part mainly use to process large pieces of PE plastic into small pieces suitable for entering the main part.The main body consists of one or more cooling devices for cooling small pieces of PE plastic so that they become easy to cut.The post-process part mainly used for cleaning and finishing the cut PE plastic particles for storage or further processing.

3.The flow chart as following:

Belt Conveyor→ Force feeder→ SJ200 Single screw extruding machine→ High speed Net exchanging system with its die-heads→ SJ180 Single screw extruding machine→ High speed Net exchanging system with its die-heads→water cooling bath→ Air dryer→ cutting machine→ vibrator sieve →Air Blower → Silo
