PVC Profile Production Line Product Description:

PVC Profile Machine is a special equipment for producing PVC Profile Products, the machine usually include these parts as below:

1.Mixing and processing:PVC resin and additive are mixed together into PVC mixture, it need to use mixer and extruder.

2.Extrusion:PVC mixture through twin screw extruder to produce needed profile.This process made pvc material become the cross section shape that we need.

3.Cooling: The profile extruded need too be cooled, to ensure keep the shape and size.

4.Cutting and forming: The extruded pvc profile products need to be cut to the required length,and need to through forming machine to get the shape that we need.
