Description of pvc wpc profile extrusion line:

1.Production flow of PVC window door and door profile:
Material mixing, extruding, molding, vacuum calibrating and cooling, hauling, cutting- final PVC profiles

2.The main machines needed for PVC profile:
-Mixer
-PVC profile extrusion line (Including autoloader, conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration platform, hauling machine, auto cutter- stacker)
- Lamination machine (wrapping machine)

3.Wood-Plastic Co-extrusion(foamed) Profile Production Line

There is no need for unit granulation; the material mixed with wood flour can be directly extruded wood-plastic profile.
