OEM Overview:

Our main business is OEM ,ODM orders. Small order q'ty can be negotiated.

Production Line:

We have hand-made acetate eyewear production line, metal frames, titanium frames production line.

Acetate eyewear production line is equiped with CNC machine, automatic material cutting machine, material treatment in oven for 72 hours in order to ensure the stable of final products, some colors will be more times( 3 days to 1 week)

Polishing time in barrow total 92 hours in order to best effect from the inside of material.

Metal optical frames production : we use laser soldering for better effect , especially for complecated structures, which also can save cost , in order for competitive price.

Titanium eyeglass production line : we use imported material from Japan or Germany according to customers' request. Ensure the quality standard.

Sunglasses : all in-come material are 100% checed before production, Nylon sun lens, CR39 sun lens, PC lens , Polarized lens are available. We have inhouse test appliance against EN ISO 12312 / ANSI280. 3

R&D:

We have skilled technician and designers. We can realize customers' design according to schetchs , pictures and samples. CAD, 3D , PDF , AI format is available.
