4. Starting from the center of your forehead with the large end of the roller, move the roller from your browline to the edge of your scalp

5. Continue working the roller from the center of your face out as you move to your eyes, nose and chin

6. Use the smaller roller for your eyes, and use light pressure

7. Gradually apply more pressure as you approach the outer edges of your face

The idea behind this is that you’re breaking up sedentary blood vessels and moving pooled up blood in capillaries away from your face.

How to use:

1. Wash that beautiful face of yours ! Add a few drops of facial oil or spread on some moisturizer.

2. Roll the tool over your face in an upwards from neck and up the face,Ease muscle tension.
3. Next step, roll outward from the chin and nose to the ears and jawline.
4. Then Roll outward from the inner corner of the eye to the edge of the face

5. Wash the jade roller with gentle soap, dry it thoroughly then store it for your next use!
