Face Mask Making Machine Semi Auto System

Face Mask Making Machine Introduction

This production line is a tow two automatic mask machine.
One body machine drives two ear belt machines. The body machine
will be connected to the two ear tape welding machines. When the
mask body is made, the conveyor belt will send it to the ear belt
welding machine for the fusion of the ear belt part, thus completing
the production of an ear mask product.

Face Mask Making Machine characteristics

  1. The equipment is equipped with a maximum of 6 sets of cloth unwinding and a roll diameter of 600mm;
  2. The cloth unwinding adopts the active unwinding method, which automatically unwinds according to the position of the tension roller;
  3. Nose strip welding module: Contains nose strip unwinding, nose strip leveling, fixed length conveying, cutting and welding functions;
  4. cloth composite roll welding unit: using ultrasonic welding head and steel mold welding method, the parallelism of the roller, the position can be precisely adjusted during welding, the welding system has cooling

Application

It is mainly used for the automatic production of multi-layer material plane face mask. It can be produced with 1-4 layers of PP spunbond non-woven fabric, activated carbon and other filter materials. The whole machine from raw material feeding to nose line inserting, edge sealing and cutting finished products are all one line automatic operation. According to the different raw materials used, different standards such as N95 and FFP2 can be achieved.
