Semi Auto Mask Machine (1 blank mask machine+2 ear loop welding machines) is a fully automatic machine that can realize a series of process including material feeding,nose clip welding,blank mask welding/folding/cutting,ear loop welding/binding until a completely mask is finished,it’s combined with 1 blank mask machine + 2 ear loop welding machines which has greatly improved the production efficiency.

Mask Machine Main Features:

  1. Automatic tension control of raw materials to ensure balanced raw material tension.
  2. Computer program control, high output, good stability and low failure rate.
  3. The machine has the function of total count and batch count. The number of batch count can be set arbitrarily.
  4. Replacing the mold can produce masks of different sizes and styles.
  5. the whole machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, beautiful and sturdy.

  2. photoelectric (optical fiber) detection of raw materials to avoid errors and reduce waste. This machine is a fully automatic production of folding mask body machine, including automatic raw material delivery; automatic transportation, cutting of the nose bridge strip, mask edge welding, folding, ultrasonic fusion, forming and cutting, etc.

Application

It is mainly used for the automatic production of multi-layer material plane face mask. It can be produced with 1-4 layers of PP spunbond non-woven fabric, activated carbon and other filter materials. The whole machine from raw material feeding to nose line inserting, edge sealing and cutting finished products are all one line automatic operation. According to the different raw materials used, different standards such as N95 and FFP2 can be achieved.
