Create a QR code in the server backstage:

QR code needs to be created in the backstage. Usually the user should deploying a server and intall our backstage software in the server, then you can use this function. Or you can use Yecon’s server to make this QR code. This QR code only for door access control, Consider the security issue, this QR code can’t be used for employee time attendance because it does not include personal information. For custom requestments about QR code function, please contact yecon for more details.

Path in the server: Device manage – Device manage – QR code for pass

Refer below screenshot picture:

Fill the SN number in the “equipment number” as below screenshot, you can find the device SN number in the “system settings”. If you want to use this QR code for multiple devices that you own, just fill in the SN number, and separate with commas, like: YGKJ20204202773, YGKJ20204202774.

You can set the expiration date and scanning number of allowable as well.

Important: all information in the device will be cleared if switch the mode of stand-alone version and backstage server version.
