Splayed bristles will move impurities around rather than remove them. They may also irritate your skin.
New applicators are available from the shop in which you have purchased the unit.

Facial brush is made of very soft bristles that is specially designed for normal skin.
Apply your favorite facial cleanser on the brush and gently glide the brush across your face while
making circular motions.
Place the facial brush flat on your skin and not at an angle.

Body Brush

The body brush is designed to be used on your body.
Apply soap or cleanser on the body brush or body and gently glide the brush on your skin surface
in circular motion.
