Our RMA rate is less than 0.45% normally.

Our warranty time is 13 months.

You just need offer the barcode list of the defective units, if the RMA rate is reasonable (less 1%), we will offer

you the replacement ones directly in your next order or deduct the cost directly from your next order, and you

don't need send it back. If the RMA rate is unnormal (more than 1%), we will have a deeply negotiation with you and

then find a best solution, but any way we will be responsible for any our quality problems.
