Working Principle
Powder material into the hopper container, due to the effect of hot air flow, the powder suspension shows a fluidized circulation flow and achieve uniform mixing,at the time, spray a mist binder to wet the powder in the container to make the powder condensed into loose small particles, when granulating, due to the high-efficiency drying of hot air flow, the water is continuously evaporated and the powder is solidified continuously, process repeated, forming ideal and uniform spherical particles with multiple micropores, the three processes of mixing, granulation and drying are completed in the container at one time.The water content and disintegration time of solid preparation were taken as the investigation indexes, and the results were tested by T test. Results: when the solid preparation was dried, the boiling drying method was significantly different from the traditional drying method.
