Description of YK Series Swing Pelletizer Machine

YK-160 Lab Swing Oscillating Granulator Or Wet Granulation Oscillating Granulator Machine

This machine is used for forming the required granules from moist power material, or for crushing dried block stock into granules in required size.

Its main features are: the sieve can be removed and remounted easily; its tension is also adjustable. The rotor also can be removed and cleaned conveniently. The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and its lubrication system makes the machine work smoothly.

YK160 the speed of its rotor can be adjusted during operation, its surface is painted for universal usage.

YK160, a new type is designed in accordance with GMP standard; its surface is made of high quality stainless steel and looks nice. Especially the metal and stainless steel screen mesh improves the pellets quality.

1. Press wet mass through sieve to get required size of granules;

2. Crush big granules or agglomerates through sieve to get uniform-sized granules;

3. Capacity: 30-600 kg/h;

4. Different granule size can be achived by changing sieve.

Working principle

YK series oscillating granulator is mainly consisted of drive motor, feeding hopper, rotor, sieve and discharging chute. Wet mixtures of powders or big granules/agglomerates are fed into the granulating chamber via feeding hopper. The oscillating motion of rotor presses the material through the sieve to get required size of granules. The finished granules is discharged into the barrel via the discharging chute. YK series oscillating granulator has been extensively used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries for making granules with wet mixtures, or as a crusher to crush dried big bumps or granules into required size of granules.
