The Swing Oscillating Granulator is suitable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, solid drink and so on industries. It can make the stirred raw materials become granules with the needed size or crush the blocked raw materials into small granules.
Swing granulator is mainly used for making granules with different specifications of the pharmaceutical industry, chemical
industry, foodstuff industry, etc. After dried, the granule can be pressed into all kinds of shaped products. The machine can also be used for crushing dried raw materials that are covered.

Working Principle

The principle of an oscillating granulator is to mechanically pass compacted material through a wire mesh screen or plate using an oscillating rotor. The rotor speed and rotation time are variable in the clockwise or counterclockwise directions. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size, rotor speed, and the rotor's rotation angle.
