This machine is mainly used for mixing granule with granule, granule with powder, powder with powder and other materials in solid preparation production of pharmaceutical industry. It has the advantages of large batch, reliable force, stable operation and so on. It is the ideal equipment for drug factory to mix. Working Principle:
This machine is composed of machine base, drive system, control system, mixing hopper and other components. When working, after adding the material to the hopper, lock the hopper lid, set the mixing time, mixing speed, and start the control system according to the process requirements to start the mixing operation; when the set time is reached, the machine automatically stops, and the mixing is completed Dosing.
Performance and Features:
This machine is a new model successfully developed by our company that has extensively absorbed and digested foreign advanced technology and combined with national conditions. Reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation, no dead corners or exposed screws. And set up the discharge butterfly valve of the anti-misoperation device to ensure production safety. The rotating body (mixing hopper) forms an angle of 30° with the axis of rotation. The material in the mixing hopper turns with the rotating body and moves tangentially along the wall at the same time, so as to achieve the best mixing effect, optimize the production process, and fully conform to the medicine GMP requirements for production.
