1. The feeder is full stainless steel ,the gap of spiral blade should be controlled at about 5mm ,to ensure the feeding no residue.

2. Stainless steel door cover and feed hopper, manganese steel blade, high-end pellet machine cutter seat, granulator main shaft, hoop hollow shaft are all made of material 40Cr forging parts.

3. Pellet mill can be equipped with double-layer, three-layer folder conditioner or double shaft track conditioner to meet different needs of producing high grade livestock, poultry feed.And the conditioner is stainless steel.

4. Imported gear box,high processing accuracy,high transmission efficiency,low energy consumption 304 stainless steel ring die,corrosion resistance, full automatic CNC ring die drilling machine and vacuum heat treatment technology.

5. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive with higher efficiency, steady running and low noise.

6. The imported bearing and oil seal are used for key positions of drive of the machine so that the machine has long service life and low noise.

7. High strength alloy steel of good performance shall be applied to main shaft which has good bending resistance and torsional performance.
