Application scope and performance characteristics:
The hot granules after feed pelleting have high moisture content (13-18%) and high temperature (75-85%), which is not conducive to storage and transportation. Therefore, a cooler must be equipped to cool it quickly, reduce the temperature of the material to close to room temperature (6-8 ° C), and reduce the moisture to 12-13%, making the particles hard and convenient for storage and transportation.
How cooling works:
When the feed pellet coming out of the granulator pass through the cooler, they come into contact with the surrounding air. As long as the atmosphere is saturated, water will be taken away from the surface of the granules. The moisture inside the granules will move to the surface under the action of the capillaries. The particles are cooled off by evaporation and the particles are cooled. At the same time, the heat absorbed by the air heats the air, which improves the water-carrying capacity of the air. The air is continuously discharged by the fan, taking away the heat and moisture of the pellets during the cooling period.
