Description:


1. Belt bucket elevator is composed of machine head, main frame,Maintenance cylinder,Ventilators, dustpan, dustpanbelt and machine base.
2. The TDTGW series bucket elevator mainly used for the vertical continuous conveying of powdery materials or granular materials.The equipment is of straightforward structure, compact design, good sealing performance, easy installation and maintenance, allowing positive and reverse material feeding, as well as flexible process configuration and layout.

Working Principle :

1. Firstly, the materials are evenly fed into the dustpan on the machine base;

2. Convey it up to and over the head sprocket/pulley, then throwing the material out the discharge throat. The emptied buckets then continue back down to the boot to continue the cycle.

3. Thirdly, the raw materials are dumped into the targeted machine.The materials are fed into the machine from the bottom and discharged from the top.
