Rotary Screener Machine are suitable for feed pellets, wood pellets and powder material in the middle-size and small factory.It is applicable for screening and classifying of mash or pellet feed. It is also can be used for cleaning of raw materials and classifying of semi finished products after second grinding by large and medium feed mills.

The usage:

It is applicable for pellet feed factory,it can screen and classify. It is also can be used for cleaning of raw materials and classifying of semi finished products after second grinding by large and medium feed mills

The features of Rotary Screener Machine:

1. V Belt is adopted for driving the screener hull. The bias weights are balanced and low noise. The support at the tail of screener hull is an improved elastic support with less vibration;

2. The rear support for the elastic support,it can reduce the noise and improve the classification performance.
3. Low breakdown,easy to maintain,easy to operation.
4. The improved steel cable structure avoids the wearing of steel cable;
5. simple layer sieve,two layer sieve, three layer sieve you can chose according to your requirement.
