It was used for animal feed production line,it can mixer different material one time.This is double shaft paddle mixer machine,so the raw material is stirred more evenly.And the machine you can add solid material also can add the liquid material. And we also have single shaft mixer machine.
Features of Double-shaft poultry feed mixing

1. High homogeneity

International patent double-circle rotor design, inside and outside double-circle paddle design, reinforcing

convection, shearing, and mixing effects.Mixing homogeneity is up to 97.7%.

2. No residues

Adjustable gap between paddle and casing, ensuring extremely low residue ratio, avoiding materials cross

contamination; fully open discharging gate, mixed materials are discharged completely in no time, no residue.

3. Zero leakage

Discharging gate is sealed with rubber air bag, realizing zero leakage; at the shaft ends, the packing seal is

specially designed to ensure zero leakage.

4. Human friendly

The large access door in reasonable design, ease of cleaning and time saving; elevating type liquid addition

device "air atomization" contributes to high-precise addition, which ensures homogenous mixing without

generating any agglomeration.

Advantage:

1. Discharging door adopted full open structure and big angle (>90°),ensure material complete discharge and decrease vestigital.
2. The discharging door molding rubber seal to ensure no leakage material.
3. The gap between blade and casing ≤3mm and mixing uniformity CV≤5%(can even reach 2.3%), high mixing uniformity.
4. Mix without dead angle, short cycle, mix time is about 30-120 seconds each batch, discharging time is about 3 minutes.
5. Shaft end adopted packing seal, without leakage material, big access door structure, easy for clean and change paddle.
6. Equipped with oil liquid adding system, can add variety of liquid.
7. Liquid Sprayer adopted atomization, according to the need can install pneumatic assist sprayer and easy control.
8. According to the need can choose stainless steel or semi-stainless steel or carbon steel material to manufacture.
9. Double reduction gear belt drive, smooth transmission, save 20% power than chain drive.
10. Low wearing of the belt, easy to maintenance and repair.
11. Material mixing uniformity in zero gravity, not affected by material particle size, density and other factors.
12. The machine structure compact with good shape, covers an area of space less than other mixing equipment.
