Description

Animal feed grinder with hammer mill for chicken farm to crush corn grain

Animal feed grinder is composed of hopper, ball type magnetic separation machine, guide mechanism, upper casing, operation gate, rotor, engine base and shock absorber. It can be used grinding corn, wheat, soybean, sorghum, also grinding forage and medicine raw materials.

Working principles:

Animal feed grinder has two part to work:

Hammer Blow: There are several crushing methods: crushing, grinding, smashing and Shear broke. when the material is smashing, raw materials in grinding chamber are crushed small granular with hammer fast rotate and strike.

Mesh Filter. Some of crushed small granular are according with standard and through screen, and the rest of materials need hitting again to meet standard.

Features:

1. Animal feed grinder uses the steel plate welded structure, its motor and rotor are installed on the same base, directly driven by pin coupling has the effect of connecting and supporting corn hammer mill grinder parts to form a whole.

2. Quick door open mechanism and spring type pressure sieve structure make that it is convenient to replace sieve and more tightened with easy maintenance,holes on the sieves are staggered arrangement to guarantee smooth discharging.

3. The right aspiration can make materials go through screen quickly, reduce temperature of grinding chamber and increase output effectively.

4. U-shape grinding groove at the bottom of grinding chamber, with improvement of grinding efficiency of 50%-80%.

5. Beater blade edge is vacuum-welded by special alloy steel, resulting in long service life.
