20 TPH Double Szlh420 Animal Feed Productiuon Line To Build Feed Factory
Introduction
This complete Livestock Feed Production Line is suitable for producing all kinds of feed pellets for various animals such as chicken, pig, cow, cattle, goat, rabbit and fish, etc.
Just use different size of ring die mould to produce different animal feed pellet according to the requirement of different animal and poultry.
The replacement of the ring die mould is very easy.
1. Cleaning and Crushing Part
Function: remove the impurities from the raw material to ensure the quality of the final feed pellets and avoid the damage to the machine.
Drum-type Precleaner:Remove the impurities mixed in the raw material.
Permenant magnetic sleeve:Remove the iron, steel, nails, etc.
Hammer Mil: Crush the material into small particles suitable for pellet making.
2. Batching & Mixing Part
Function: batch different type raw material into mixer for mixing evennessly according to different animal formula requirements.
Multi-outlet Rotary Distributor:With multi-outlet for distributing different crushed material to pointed silo waiting fo mixing.
Batching Scale:Controlled by computer, 1000kg/batch, when material reaches this capacity, it will be automatically dropped to the hopper under it.
Mixer:Mix different raw material discharged by the batching scale together evennessly.
3. Pelleting&Cooling&Crumbling Part
Function: press the mixed well material into feed pellets, after the cooling of pellets, if needed, the pellets will be crumbed into small pellets
Feed Pellet Machine:Euipped with conditioner, this pellet machine will steam and soft the material first to kill the bacteria and improve the qualitiy and capacity of final feed pellets.
Cooling Machine:For cooling the final pellets to normal room temperature.
Pellet Crumbling Machine:Crumbling the final feed pellets to small pieces(small animal needs).
