4. The introduction of Single Screw Extruder:

Single-screw extruders use one single screw in the barrel of the extruder to transport and shape multiple ingredients into a uniform food product by forcing the ingredient mix through a shaped die to produce the uniform shape. Single-screw extruders typically consist

of three zones: feeding zone, kneading zone, cooling zone. In contrast to twin-screw extruders, single-screw extruders have poor mixing ability and therefore materials should be pre-mixed or pre-conditioned. A single-screw extruder’s processing conditions can be controlled to achieve a variety of effects on temperature and residence time. The residence time in the barrel can vary from 15 to 300 seconds, determined by increasing or decreasing the speed of the shaft. A variety of fried and baked snacks are processed using single-screw extruders.

5. The introduction of Dryer oven

The multi-layer Oven can be classified in to three-layer ,five-layer and seven-layer; large, medium and small according to the different output. It can be classified into the Electricity, Gas, Desiel, Steam heating according to the different heating way. It can be used to bake and dry the food. The dryer can bake all kinds of the inflating food, pet food, texture soy protein, peanut and so on.
