Fodder Additives Spray-Dried Pale Yellow Chicken Plasma Protein Powder
Chicken plasma protein powder improved the intestinal immune function of piglets. Compared with the control group, the liver index and spleen index increased by 14.58% and 7.04%, respectively. The content of Lmur1B in jejunal mucosa decreased by 35.22% (P < 0.05), while the content of Lmur6 decreased by 19.4% and S1GA increased by 35.1%. Compared with the control group, the content of Lmur1B and 6 in ileal mucosa decreased by 18.37% and 28.4% respectively. The contents of LMel 1B and IL-6 in mesenteric lymph nodes decreased by 13.79% and 40.75%. To sum up, the addition of chicken plasma protein powder to improve the growth performance of weaned piglets may be achieved by improving the apparent digestibility of dietary nutrients, regulating protein metabolism and enhancing intestinal immune function.
