Product description of feed pellet machine

During the production and processing of the feed unit, the raw materials are crushed by the pulverizer and then enter the mixing and storage machine through the material conveying air duct. After mixing evenly and preparing the full-price powder, it is sent into the pellet feed machine through the screw feeder, and the pellet feed machine is rolled by die extrusion. The raw materials are pressed and heated up by friction to complete the gelatinization, maturation and granulation of the raw materials at one time. The processed feed pellets are sent to the air dryer by the bucket elevator to extract the excess hot air, so that the feed pellets can be bagged after drying.

Features
