1. The main drive adopts high-precision gear drive, and the ring mold adopts quick-discharge hoop type. The output is about 20% higher than that of belt drive type.


2. The transmission part of the whole machine (including the motor) is made of Swiss and Japanese high-quality bearings to ensure efficient, stable and low noise transmission


3. All stainless steel and large reinforcement feeder, adopt frequency conversion speed regulation control, to ensure the high quality of pellet feed.


4. Alloy steel ring die is made by international advanced German gun drill and American vacuum furnace heat treatment manufacturing process, with long service life, smooth grain and high quality.


5. The international advanced level of compensation snake snake spring coupling, with novel structure, compact, safe, low noise, low fault performance.


6. High-performance permanent magnet iron suction device.


7. Adopt international advanced piping system and imported pressure regulating valve.


8. Advanced supporting products, if can be used together with zhengchang's improved design of N8 countercurrent cooler, 150* 2D rotary grading screen and advanced fine tooth granulator, the feed particles can reach the highest quality.


9. Can be customized double layer, three layer modulator granulator, production of high quality livestock, poultry and aquatic feed.
