The 1000mm Four Roll Tungsten Molybdenum Reversible Hot Rolling Mill features a four-high configuration, with work rolls made of tungsten molybdenum alloy. This material provides excellent wear resistance and allows for high-precision rolling of thin and ultra-thin materials.
The 4-hi reversible rolling mill is equipped with a hydraulic Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) system, which precisely controls the roll gap and maintains tight thickness tolerances throughout the rolling process. The AGC system uses hydraulic cylinders, servo-valves, and high-resolution linear encoders to automatically adjust the roll gap in response to changes in the material thickness.
The reversible design of the mill allows the material to be passed back and forth through the rolls, enabling multiple passes and higher reduction ratios. This improves the overall efficiency and productivity of the rolling process.
