The organic fertilizer pellet production line main machine is a combined type granulator machine developed by our company. It is designed and manufactured with a new technology of wet continuous push rod granulation, using the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotary and the resulting friction force, to make the powdery material continuous mixing, granulating, balling, compacting and polishing inside the machine, to achieve the purpose of material granulation.

Main Equipment Function
1 Fermentation Compost Turning Machine Turn the raw materials to compost. And shorter and compost time.
2 Organic Fertilizer Crusher Machine Crush the compost material to small powder, and ready to the granulator.
3 Organic Fertilizer Truck Hopper Just need to use the truck to put the material, the belt conveyor machine under the hopper will help transfer to next step.
4 Organic Fertilizer Mixer Machine For a different kind of raw material’s mixing. When mixing, can add some water. It’s working batch ye batch so need 2 sets.
5 Organic Fertilizer Granulator Machine Make the powder into the granules, the granules can be 2-6mm, you can choose the granules as you need, the granulate rate can get 90%
6 Organic Fertilizer Dryer Machine To make the granules drier, and good to packing. It’s Working with the hot air fan and hot air stove.
7 Organic Fertilizer Cooler Machine To make the granules to normal temperature, it works with the cooling air fan.
8 Organic Fertilizer Screen Machine The size of granules after granulating are of different size. In order to get our required size granules, need screening.
9 Organic Fertilizer Packing Machine The packing machine put the required weight into the bags.
10 Organic Fertilizer Belt Machine Each processing, we need belt conveyor for transporting the material. Total long around 90m.
