1. Supply air grille description

1) Select the corresponding tuyere type according to the engineering characteristics, the type of airflow organization required, the adjustment performance, and the air supply method.

2) Determine the size of the required tuyere within the allowable wind speed range of the tuyere neck (or inlet and outlet section of the tuyere) according to the required air volume [supply or discharge (return) wind]. If the tuyere size is determined according to the tuyere wind speed (generally 2~5m/s), the effective area ratio of the tuyere should be taken into consideration (usually 30%~60%).

3) Check the main technical performance of the selected tuyere, such as range, pressure loss, noise indicators, and wind speed and temperature difference in the work area.

4) Determine the layout and installation method of the selected tuyere and the connection with the air duct.

Construction:

· Frame: High quality extruded aluminum alloy(A6063) profile with 27.5mm flange width

· Core: High quality extruded aluminum alloy(A6063) profile in 38.4 degree

Description:

· The frame & blades are high quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.

· Louvered type core is fixed to the frame with aluminum pins loaded with steel springs. Core can be easily removable and interchangeable to allow for maximum flexibility in the installation, maintenance and damper adjustment.

2.Supply air grille adhibition

1).Widely used in air conditioning system as air outlet, according to the requirements, the air outlet can be prepared behind the aluminum air flow control valve (Hue word gate), double louver air outlet with two layers of vertical pages to adjust the horizontal and vertical page angle, adjust Air diffuser surface, to change the range, the air outlet frame width has two kinds of wide frame and narrow frame, can be used for special requirements of the ventilation system.

2). Usually installed on the pipe or side wall as a side air outlet. The double louver air outlet has two movable blades with adjustable angle. The short blades are used to adjust the spread angle of the air supply air, and can also be used to change the direction of air flow; The blades can make the supply air flow attached to the ceiling or tilt down at a certain angle (when heating the air). The outer blades of a double shutter air outlet or the blades of a single louver air outlet can be parallel to the long side or parallel to the short side , can choose according to the customer's request.
