The air shower transfer window is also called the purification transfer box or the air shower transfer cabinet. It is a kind of clean room auxiliary equipment, which is mainly used to transfer small objects between the clean room and the non-clean area or between the clean rooms of different levels and pressures.
On the one hand, it acts as an air lock to prevent the high pressure in the high-level clean room from being released; on the other hand, it achieves the blowing effect during the transfer process to ensure that the items entering the clean area are clean and reduce the impact of cross-contamination.
The blowing time can be adjusted arbitrarily within 1 minute according to the needs to maximize the effect of blowing and energy saving.
